Describes the development and validation of a questionnaire designed to differentiate among the following headache syndromes: migraine, tension headache, combined headache, and ambiguous symptomatology. The questionnaire was developed in a study involving 302 chronic headache sufferers and tested with a group of 113 migraine sufferers.
