Interests

Virtual Teams

In this field my research is based on computer-mediated communication in teams, effective media choice and leadership in virtual teams.

 

Coordination and Leadership in Medicine

I'm interested in the development of coordination based on repeated collaboration. The focus lies on explicit and implicit coordination as well as shared mental models as basis of implicit coordination.

 

Sport Psychology in Competitive Sports

In this interesing field I prefer the practical work with athlets. My goal is to improve mental power to reach peak performance in competition, not only in training. Several tools like visualization training, concetration training and activation and relaxation are applied.
